Policies

All sessions are by appointment only, it is recommended you call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your appointment. It is strongly advised to call at least a week in advance if you are wanting a late afternoon, evening or Saturday morning appointment.

No-Show Policy:

The client will be billed the full amount of the service scheduled, allowing for emergency exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the same fee schedule listed in the no-show policy. Exceptions are made for weather and emergency situations.

Clients Arriving Late:

Clients who arrive less than 15 minutes late will receive the remainder of their session, which will end at the scheduled time, and pay will be full price for the appointment. It is at the massage therapists' discretion whether or not to accept clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Inclement Weather Policy

If weather makes it unsafe for you to travel, we ask that you call or email to reschedule your appointment with as much notice as you can. If we decide to close the spa due to weather conditions & you have an appointment scheduled for that day, we will call or text you as soon as we've made the decision. ​There is no cancellation fee when an appointment has to be rescheduled due to unsafe road conditions.  

Let's Work Together

Your 30, 60, or 90 minute session are each customized to fit your needs. Sessions include warm mother earth pillows and heated table. There are no additional charges for different modalities.
